Full initial design concept including floor plans, 3d renderings and 3d animation
ABOUT THE PROJECT
GROW is a women focused empowerment platform that aims to provide them with a modern co-working space as well as an integrated in-house lounge cafe. The company contracted us during the project pre-development phase in order to come up with a full initial design concept (Conceptual Floor Plans, 3D Renderings & 3D Animation). Our role in this project was to help them shorten design cycle and construction process, as well as provide realistic renders that would allow them to not only be able to have a clear preview of how it may look like in the end, but also to help them secure funding and obtain leasing agreements within the ORANGE HUB building, located within the City of Edmonton.

CO-WORKING SPACE & LOUNGE CAFE
THE DESIGN PROCESS
The size of the space for this project was approximately 5500 sqft. Working from the building's original blueprint drawing (.dwg file), we created a few conceptual floor plans that includes a communal working space, private offices and a lounge cafe. These concept plans help accelerate project introduction by giving all involved parties a clear point of reference to work from, all while showcasing the realism of the project.
